Audio visual division ::

The audio-visual division is geared to supply all audio- visual ads required for training programs. Among its functions include proper maintenance of overheads projects and the preparation of transparences. In addition, the voluble video filming video projector given to the division is capable of projecting video film on a board screen. Ability to project the computer screen on a board screen enables a large number of student to view the programmes add the same time facilitating there studies.

There are five 16 mm projectors in the division which are used for showing local and foreign films to the trainees. All equipment necessary for video filming of programmes
has been made a valuable to this division.

Printing division ::

The division has been equipped with the modern offset printing machine. The printing division witch has facilities to print publications of the institute. It has been plan to expand the division so that future, it could under take printing work of the public, co- operative and private sectors.

Examination division ::

Examination division of the institute is in charge of conducting all examinations pertaining to regular courses such as first and second examination training of co-operative inspectors and diploma and certificate courses under a systematic syllabus. Result of all examination is issued with the approval of an academic board of examination. The board of examination includes a professor of a university. Commissioner General of examinations of the deft. Of examination, a representative of the commissioner of co-operative development, the director general of the institute and the senior member of lecturing staff. Accordingly, the courses are conducted under a systematic supervision and a valuation

Establishment of co-operative museum ::

The national institute of co-operative development polgolla, has already commenced the noble task of collecting items such as books, periodicals, any information connected to co-operative movement, photographs and various items relevant to historical facts used by pioneers and the distinguished persons affiliated to the co-operative movement of Sir Lanka.
