Strengthening Partnerships for Cooperative Development Mr. Balu Iyer, Director of International Cooperative Alliance Asia-Pacific, visited the National Institute of Cooperative Development (NICD) on 26 March 2026 to strengthen member relations and enhance regional collaboration. During the visit, discussions were held on key areas of mutual interest, including the proposed Cooperative Registrar Forum 2027, which is planned to be hosted at NICD. The deliberations focused on fostering stronger institutional partnerships and creating opportunities for knowledge sharing among cooperative leaders across the region. This visit signifies an important step toward further strengthening collaboration and advancing the cooperative movement.
